HR consultant wanted for an exciting temporary position in Thisted

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced HR professional for a temporary position starting around 1 December 2026.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• HR administration and personnel management
• Handling of sick leave
• Work with employment law and the Danish Salaried Employees Act (funktionærloven)
• Implementation of a new system
• Optimisation and development of processes
• Data handling and structure
• General HR support and sparring with employees and management

We expect that you:

• Have experience in HR
• Have solid experience with employment law and the Danish Salaried Employees Act (funktionærloven)
• Are strong in data, structure and systems
• Have experience with processes and implementation
• Work efficiently and independently
• Are good at communicating with different people
• Can keep the overview and stay calm – even when there is pressure
