Hand cutter for the fish industry in Hjørring and the surrounding area

JKS is looking for skilled and experienced hand cutters for the fish industry in Hjørring Kommune. Here you become part of a company where good craftsmanship, cooperation and high quality go hand in hand.

You must have experience working with fish and be comfortable using a filleting knife. In return you get an engaging working day with varied tasks and pay according to qualifications.

Your tasks
No two days are quite the same, but your tasks will include:

• Filleting and cutting fish
• Sorting and handling fish
• Quality control
• Packing and labelling
• Other production tasks as they arise

We expect that you:

• Have experience cutting and filleting fish
• Preferably have experience from a production company
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Focus on quality and precision
• Are reliable in attendance and dependable

It is a requirement that you can present a straffeattest.

You will be employed by JKS on collective agreement terms.
